1:1 Coaching

Understand yourself more deeply. Trust yourself more fully. Live with greater intention.

One-to-one coaching for men and women who want to trust their own judgement, navigate fear and uncertainty with greater confidence, and take action towards the life they want to create.

You may recognise yourself here

  • You find it difficult to truly rest without feeling guilty, anxious or like you should be doing something productive
  • You hold yourself to impossible standards, while rarely feeling that what you do is enough
  • You tie your self-worth to what you achieve or how useful you are to others
  • You're far more critical of yourself than you'd ever be on someone else
  • You look outside yourself for reassurance, validation or permission
  • You overthink decisions and run through endless scenarios in your head
  • You say yes when you want to say no, and take on responsibility that isn't yours
  • You put off decisions or projects when fear, uncertainty or the pressure to get them right gets in the way
  • You understand a pattern intellectually and still find yourself repeating it
  • You turn to busyness, distraction or quick comfort to cope with stress, even when you know the relief is only temporary

“I feel much more calm and able to let go of things, instead of ruminating on them. I’m more at ease with myself and don’t feel the need to be perfect or continually struggle or need external validation, especially at work.

I’m much less hypervigilant and worried about what might happen, instead trusting that I can handle whatever comes up. My mindset and approach to so many aspects of my life have changed for the better.”

What could change?

Self-awareness doesn't always translate into change.

You may already understand yourself well. But knowing why you think, feel or behave a certain way doesn't automatically make it easier to choose differently.

Our work can help you explore the beliefs you hold about yourself and the world, the roles and identities you've come to inhabit, what matters most to you, and what may be keeping familiar patterns in place.

As those begin to shift, so can your sense of what's possible.

That might look like:

  • Making choices rooted in your values rather than others' expectations
  • Trusting your own judgement without repeatedly seeking reassurance
  • Setting boundaries without so much guilt
  • Taking action without waiting for complete certainty
  • Truly resting without the constant pull to be productive
  • Letting go of the pressure to get everything right
  • Allowing fear, disappointment or uncertainty without letting them drive your decisions
  • Expanding your sense of who you can be and what's possible for you

What change looks like will be personal to you.

How I coach

Deeper self-understanding. Greater emotional capacity. Intentional action.

Each coaching relationship develops around you, your goals and what emerges along the way.

Develop deeper self-understanding

Explore the beliefs, values, identities, experiences and expectations that shape how you see yourself, what's possible for you and the choices you make.

Sometimes that means discovering something you hadn't seen before. Other times, it means understanding why something you already recognise has been so difficult to change.

Build greater emotional capacity

Knowing what you want to do can be very different from being able to do it when fear, discomfort or uncertainty shows up.

Develop greater capacity to experience difficult emotions without needing to avoid, suppress or immediately react to them — creating more space for choice.

Turn insight into action

Bring what you discover into your actual life — having the conversation you've been avoiding, setting a boundary, making a difficult decision, taking a risk, allowing yourself to rest, relinquishing responsibility that isn't yours or taking imperfect action.

The aim is not only to understand yourself differently, but to step more fully into the person you want to be — and make choices that reflect the person you are becoming.

“I felt stuck in a mental loop of knowing what I ‘should do’ versus actually doing it.

Since working with Jomana, I feel more clear and less doubtful of my decisions. I'm more confident in my decision-making and kinder to myself. I'm more willing to make a decision without over-analysing, which means I'm less stressed or overwhelmed with making the ‘right’ decision.

I felt comfortable and safe to be stuck, frustrated and vulnerable with Jomana. She’s wonderful.”

What you can expect from me

A space for honesty, reflection and thoughtful challenge.

I listen closely — not only to what you're saying, but to the assumptions, contradictions and possibilities underneath.

I'll ask questions that invite you to look more deeply, reflect what I'm noticing and challenge you when I believe it may be useful.

Sometimes that means slowing things down and paying attention to what's happening emotionally or physically, rather than trying to think your way towards an answer.

My approach draws on professional coach training, emotional regulation, trauma-informed principles and somatic approaches, alongside concepts, tools and practices where they may be useful.

You can expect warmth and compassion alongside honesty, thoughtful challenge and questions that invite you to look deeper.

“Jomana is someone who has truly added light to my path. I was extremely lost and confused. Working with her made my life easier because I got clarity when we discussed my issues.

I have found clarity. I know what my values are and what my goals are. I am 100% sure of my decision and don't even think about whether anyone criticises it or thinks differently. I am more confident and empowered to do this for myself and for my family.

Her honesty, objectivity, the way she challenged me and her dedication — honestly, I cannot thank her enough.”

Frequently asked questions

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions take place online via Zoom and are approximately 60 minutes.

What if I'm already busy or overwhelmed?

Coaching doesn't need to become another thing to perform at or another long list of things to do.

Any reflections, practices or actions between sessions are shaped around your life and what feels realistic and useful.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching and therapy can both support meaningful personal change, but they're different forms of support. Coaching is not a substitute for mental-health treatment, diagnosis or therapy.

If at any point I believe another form of professional support would be more appropriate, I'll discuss that openly with you.

How do I know whether we're a good fit?

We start with a relaxed connection call. It's an opportunity to talk about what brings you to coaching, what you'd like to explore and whether working together feels right for both of us.

Curious whether we'd work well together?

A straightforward, no-pressure conversation about what's bringing you to coaching, what you'd like to explore, and whether working together makes sense.
